MODELS
Wafer Cleanness and Treatment Analyzer, DropMaster R series
Special DropMaster models for measuring disk samples like wafers Accomodates up to φ12 inch (31mm) wafers.
Available in three models:
- DM-701R for automated measuring processes on droplet dposition and stage movement
- DM-501R for automated dispensing and image analysis
The stage can be rotated or moved along the X-axis.
All models use integrated FAMAS software.
Customized model for measuring cylindrical objects
Accomodates cylindrical objects like rollers used in copy machines and printers.
Accomodates cylinders up to φ100mm.
Switches easily between the standard flat stage and special cylinder holder.
Available for the DM-701 and DM-501.

FAMAS Software
FAMAS add-on software allows you to analyse Dynamic Contact Angle, Surface Free Energy and Pendant Drop. Users can edit a movie with captured images up to 1000fps, analyse the measured results on a unique date sheet, export to spreadsheet software, draw a graph, copy an image and do anything as users like.
Kyowa always provides users with free FAMAS software updates from our website. FAMAS software makes the most of a Contact Angle Meter's ability, exclusively by Kyowa.
